The Service Desk is the Core customer’s central point-of-contact for call logging and call progression.

The Core Service Desk is the support operation responsible for all service management of Incidents, Service Requests, Events, Problems and other associated service-related calls logged that are related specifically to Core managed services customer environments.

The Service Desk is the Core customer’s central point-of-contact for call logging and call progression.

The Core Service Desk is also responsible for providing the service and support functions that logs, tracks, updates, escalates, resolves and reports on all service tickets.

The Service Desk is the first point of contact for IT users seeking help with, or information about, IT services provided.
